Session 1 – Welcome to Her Heart Temple

We begin our journey with intentional presence for wish fulfilment.  We sanctify the space and ground in readiness. You’ll receive guidance on how to make the most of your sacred journey through the program, along with prayers and invocations with Alana. We open the heartstream for the modality, preparing you for infusions and energy upgrades through the program.

Session 2 – Elemental Nectar of Luminous Earth

We connect with the secret inner radiance of the Earth element, relishing the divine nectar of serenity, stability, and embodiment, as we attune ourselves to the dimension of the Divine Feminine, particularly in expression as Kuan Yin,  and Her wishes, will and wisdom as they manifest for you.

Session 3 – Sound Healing + Prayer Practice

Attune your precious energy to the glorious divine field of Our Five Enlightened Mothers – Kuan Yin, Isis, Mother Mary, Tar and Kali Ma. This series of energy immersions are an offering intended to recalibrate your inner alignment to deep truth and powerful reservoirs of sacred presence. Set your intention to connect, and receive what you need to evoke your most blessed and blissful personal realisation.

Session 4 – Elemental Pathways of Nurturance

In the Kuan Yin Transmission modality, Our Five Enlightened Mothers each preside over an elemental pathway. Each pairing of element and goddess is purposeful, resonating with their divine activity and intensively amplifying the opportunities for us to receive their energies for beneficial outcomes. Elemental nectars evoked in this modality are nourishing at an inner level, increasing our overall energy to attract gracious interventions and sweet blessings.

Session 5 – Subtle Anatomy

Here we explore the correspondence between elemental nectars and each of Our Five Enlightened Mothers. We explore Her pathway through that element and how that shows up in physical form as well as subtle anatomy in helpful ways. We dive deep into the psychology of divinely embodied anatomy which infuses Divine Feminine presence into the body, mind and energy of humanity.

Session 6 – Integration + Midterm Break

To walk our talk, we honour the recurring guidance of the Divine Feminine which is to allow time to rest and process so that information becomes knowledge and knowledge becomes wisdom. This is the art of integration. The soul knows how to integrate and requires time and space to do so. You will be held in the energy field of the Kuan Yin Transmission during integration, to help you stabilise and ground your experiences for greatest benefit.

Session 7 – Elemental Nectar of Ripening Fire

We connect with the secret inner activity of the Fire element, which leads us to our personal fruition. We explore various techniques for spiritual healing such as mudra, mantra and touch.  We attune ourselves to the dimension of the Divine Feminine, particularly in the form of goddess Isis,  and evoke Her magic, skill and knowing.

Session 8 – Hamsa of the Cosmic Madonna

Practice the Hamsa of the Cosmic Madonna technique to harness the synergy of Our Five Enlightened Mothers as a unified expression of the Great Mother.  The Hamsa is an ancient symbol signifying the active nature of the Divine Feminine in averting negativity and bestowing spiritual gifts. The Hamsa of the Cosmic Madonna positively affects body, mind and energy, aligning your heart with the Universal Heart of the Divine Feminine. 

Session 9 – Mudra Dance

Mudra Dance is an expressive method for joyful embodiment which also evokes deep release of psychic content stored in the tissues. It encourages energy flow through the body at the subtle level, promoting release and repair, as well as free and full expression of authentic being and deep purpose.

Session 10 – Elemental Nectar of Sacred Water

Engaging with the cleansing and rejuvenating qualities of Sacred Water, we attune to the Divine Feminine in the form of Mother Mary.  Learn psychic seals to ground energy and connect to your body, whilst supporting your nervous system in adjusting to the increasing flow of spiritual energy. 

Session 11 – Light Body Techniques

Explore modality techniques to clear, comb and cradle the body of light. Also integrate a crystal into your practice to send healing from your meditation seat.

Session 12 – Integration + Creative Soul Offering

This is our second and final midterm break in the program, offering a chance to consolidate your progress and embody your learning. You are invited to engage in your own creative soul offering.  Participants have created poetry, dance, jewelry design, artwork, songs and short stories, altars, channellings and prayers to express themselves. Deep meaning and revelation often arises through the process. 

Session 13 – Elemental Nectar of Expansive Air

Allowing the soul to breathe more fully and freely, we partake of the rapturous effect of Expansive Air, opening to the Divine Feminine in the multifaceted form of goddess Tara.

Session 14 – Hands on Healing for Self + Others

Here we explore the modality hand placements to transmit Divine Feminine energies of Our Five Enlightened Mothers into the body on a subtle level. You can utilise these placements for self-healing as part of your self-care, and for others as a practitioner of the Kuan Yin Transmission modality.

Session 15 – Elemental Nectar of Divine Space

We transition into rarefied sacred space, honouring goddess Kali, and receiving the Kuan Yin Transmission from Alana. This is a spiritually intimate triangulation between your soul, Alana and Our Five Enlightened Mothers manifesting as the Cosmic Madonna.

Session 16 – Transition to Tantric Tents

As we close the Foundations Training of the Kuan Yin Transmission, there is guidance on supportive materials and options for practitioners. Then we are ready to recieve the more advanced Tantric Tent offerings.

Session 17 – Kuan Yin Lotus Tent

Working directly with the energetics of the brain to reduce overstimulation, and reintegrate scattered and anxious mental states into grounded, useable energy, this deep relaxation practice utilises gentle breathwork, mudra, mantra and invocation to repair boundaries, stabilise intuition, and replenish after over-exertion.  Supporting neuroplasticity to evolve according to what your path is asking of you, it opens new ways to walk your truth in the world.

Session 18 – Isis Red Tent

Protect your sacred flow, working with subtle systems that support sleep, voice, and magic, this heart protective practice seals in benefit and deflects interference. Increasing resilient creativity to work with whatever arises on your path for constructive outcome, this tent works with subtle energy elixirs for alignment with true purpose. Integrates Taoist subtle anatomy, mudra dance, breathwork, spiritual connection with cosmic luminaries, and Isis’ forte of magical incantation through word.

Session 19 – Mother Mary Lunar Tent

Engaging neurovascular energy switches and the five sacred hearts of the subtle body, culminating in an exquisite moon nectar gathering, this practice generates divine rescue remedy to reset your system into peaceful alignment, evading sabotaging forces and standing spiritually strong against oppression. Do your soul justice as you upgrade your decision making and trust your choices to live your complete mission overshadowed by a most gracious and effective protector.

Session 20 – Tara Crystal Tent

Work with tantric healing of bloodlines to unravel and release intergenerational conditioning and lay claim to healthy inheritances, as this practice evokes radical relief of obstructions to actualise your path at the next level. Through the eight extraordinary subtle energy pathways, this practice integrates epigenetics, breathwork, subtle anatomy, mudra, mantra and crystal, to increase both flexibility and stability in knowing who you are and where you want to go in Life.

Session 21 – Kali Skull Tent

When we must evolve to break through dead ends and limitations, Kali is supreme accomplishing energy. Working with the dark mysteries of endings, intoxication, blood and burial,  and utilising mantra garlands, offerings and visualisations which lead us into the dimension of Yogini Tantra ceremonial rituals for karmic purification, this practice is intended to confront and tame forces of diminishment and enslavement, guiding us into a new inner reality of power, protection and freedom. 

Bonus – Spiritual Seal + Death Doula Practice

This bonus teaching  on the Kuan Yin Last Rites practice is shared during Session 21  with teachings on the Kali Skull Tent, weaving in a powerful additional protective practice to honour death and dying both symbolically for endings in our lives as well as literally for physical death and dying. This potent 5 Enlightened Mothers practice respectfully invokes grace and protection for the significant endings – and consequent beginnings – in the soul’s ongoing journey.
